The "Voyages" section contains information on ship's voyages. Information on voyages is entered by an authorized representative of the shipowner.

Ship voyages (legs) can be entered in any order and are sorted on the table by date.

A ship's "Voyage" is made up of a certain number of legs of the voyage compiled together.

A group of voyages in a table begins with a line highlighted in light gray:

In order to enter a new group of voyages, fill in the last line of the table and click «add group»:
 

To delete a group of voyages, click on at the end of the line you want to delete.

Voyage Legs.

In order to add a leg to a group, do the following:
 

 

 
Important! When entering the draft, use a point for the decimal point, not a comma. If the mean draft is not entered it will automatically be calculated as the average of the forward and aft drafts. The last field contains information on water density. If left blank, the default density is 1025. For river water enter a density of 1000.

To delete a leg, click on at the end of the line with information on the leg you wish to delete.

Symbol at the end of a line of information on a leg serves as a means of automatically filling out the form for the leg. Use it to correct information on an improperly entered leg. After correction and entry, the line with the incorrect information can be deleted by clicking on .

Click on to see information on the ship for a voyage (leg). When you click on the symbol you will automatically go to the section Position. You can then review the other sections for information on the selected period.

To select another ship, use the form found at the top of the page.
